And yes, it is definitely a Chicago thing to add Italian sausage to at least 1/5 meals. While I lived there I started adding Italian sausage to chili, breakfast scrambles, and lasagna, and there's no going back.

LOL well thank you. And it is delicious! I hope it becomes a thing because I can’t drive two hours to go back to the one coffee shop that has it!
